Book Sale

Last spring, our community collected over 1000 gently used books through your generous donations. With these books, the MPA will hold a Book Sale to raise funds for the Montcrest Initiatives Fund, to enrich and enhance the educational experience for all our students.

Date: Tuesday, October 31st (in connection with Coffee Morning & Halloween Parade)
Time: 8:00 – 9:15 a.m. for Families
11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. for Students at lunch recess
Location: Montcrest Campus – Soccer Pitch

Book prices range from $2 – $5, and span these categories:

Learn to read books (Levels 1, 2, 3)
Learning books (science, math)
Educational Books (eg. National Geographic)
Graphic novels
Early readers (small chapter books)
Novels for 9-12 yrs
Picture books (soft & hard cover)
Baby/Toddler books
Kids joke books

Any remaining books will be donated to the Montcrest Library and the Childrens’ Book Bank. Our sincere thanks to Monika Mullen for leading this initiative.
