Sarah and her husband, JD Boyes, have two children, Austen and Dryden (both Montcrest Alum). Sarah is formerly the Vice President and General Counsel of a large Canadian family office. Sarah previously served on the boards of the Whitney Child Centre and Youth Without Shelter.

Draft Bridget Child is a highly accomplished finance executive, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at The Canadian Press. A designated CPA, CA, she brings over two decades of strategic financial leadership experience from various sectors, including financial services, professional services, and education. Bridget specializes in developing and implementing financial governance, providing analytics to support key strategic decisions, and streamlining business processes. Her previous roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer (Assistant Head, Finance and Facilities) at The Bishop Strachan School. She also demonstrates a strong commitment to community through her volunteer leadership, including roles as Board Member and Treasurer for The For GOOD Foundation and the Ontario Volleyball Association. Beth is a seasoned leader with +20 years in professional services and is the founder of Beth Dewitt Coaching. Known for her strategic vision and empathetic approach, she helps individuals and organizations align values with ambitions, fostering growth, resilience, and impactful leadership. Previously, Beth was a National Leader and Partner at Deloitte Canada, specializing in Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Privacy. She founded Deloitte Global’s Women in Cyber initiative, breaking gender barriers through mentorship and leadership development. She also served on Deloitte Canada’s Board of Directors, contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and strategic governance. Beth holds degrees from Dalhousie University and York University. She is Chair of the Boards for Fora: Network for Change and the Abiona Centre and serves on the Board of Governors for Montcrest School. Bio to come. Christopher Hills is a strategic operations and finance leader with over two decades of experience spanning the alcohol, natural health, and professional services industries. He has led national and international teams across a broad range of functions, including supply chain, customer service, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, warehousing, financial planning, and business transformation. As a senior executive and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), Chris has built his career around creating efficient systems, driving cultural change, and improving organizational performance through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Chris and his wife live in East York and have two children who attend Montcrest School. They strive to model active community involvement, and that spirit is reflected in their children’s enthusiastic participation in school life and the many opportunities Montcrest offers. Bio to come. Warwick Marchant is an investment real estate Portfolio Manager for Manulife. He has over two decades of multi-disciplinary commercial real estate experience. Warwick has served on his building’s condo board, in various positions including previously as president and currently as treasurer. He also has six years of experience serving as a board member for Project Canoe, a charity organization focused on helping youth at risk build positive futures through challenging outdoor activities including wilderness canoe trips. Warwick is currently serving on a real estate related board level strategic task force for Lakefield College School. Warwick keeps active year round with a variety of activities, including competitive adventure sports and as a general outdoor enthusiast. Warwick has a son attending Montcrest Jonathan Moncrieff currently serves as the Global Chief Compliance and Investment Risk Officer at Fiera Capital. Jonathan has over 20 years of compliance, legal, and risk management experience attained in jurisdictions around the globe. He started his career at one of Canada’s leading law firms, where he practiced corporate finance, M&A, and securities law. Subsequently he held various legal and compliance leadership positions at one of Canada’s major banks. Jonathan holds a Commerce degree from McMaster University and a Law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Jonathan keeps active year round with a variety of activities, including competitive skiing and cycling. Each fall he participates in R2//NYC. R2//NYC participants cycle from Toronto to New York over 5 days to raise funds for Campfire Circle, a charitable organization that gives kids affected by childhood cancer or serious illness the chance to just be kids through camp experiences. Jonathan and his wife live in Riverdale with their two children, both of whom are current Montcrest students. Craig Race is an enthusiast of creative infill design and development. His career as an architect, advocate, and developer has focused on small-scale, urban housing with an emphasis on environmental and contextual sensitivity. In addition to operating his eponymous architecture firm, Craig is a co-founder of Lanescape, a design-build company and advocacy group specializing in laneway housing. He also develops multi-unit, family-oriented infill housing in Toronto’s established neighbourhoods. Craig has two children attending Montcrest. Bio to come.

The Montcrest Board of Governors has the following active Committees.
Provide guidance and oversight in the development and implementation of the Montcrest Advancement strategy, in support of the Montcrest Strategic Plan.
Oversight in several vital areas, including the long-range financial plan, annual operating and capital budgets, tuition-setting and the school’s financial performance, cash flow, financial reporting and investments.
Supports effective leadership and performance by the Head of School by providing ongoing feedback and support to the Head, planning and coordinating the annual performance evaluation of the Head and overseeing Head succession.
Identify, cultivate, recruit and make recommendations to nominate and support new Governors, Officers and new Board Committee members. Ensure the school’s by-laws, policies and procedures are comprehensive and up-to-date. Conduct the Head of School evaluation and oversee the Head of School succession plan or delegate to a sub-committee.
Oversight of the Montcrest buildings and grounds in annual maintenance and long-range planning.
Will oversee and guide the organization's overall risk management efforts, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, managed and reported effectively.
